Self contained accommodation with its own entrance. Features all the comfort and convenience. The room is equipped with a queen size bed, a bathroom and kitchenette area with white goods. There is a high-speed wifi in the property.

If you have a car you will be glad to hear that there is parking available which is covered by our CCTV for extra safety. Please note that this is Resident Parking only so a permit is required and the cost depends on your vehicle specs.
The flat is well positioned: close to Dagenham East tube station (District line), A13 is just 7 mins and M25 is 12 mins drive.

Bills are included so its just one amount you pay per month.
