I am a 34 year old British male professional live-in landlord.

The house is within a few minutes' walk of Dagenham Heathway which includes a shopping centre and supermarkets and tube station in Zone 5 on the District Line. There is also a bus stop at the end of the street for various routes.

There is one large double room and one medium sized double. All rooms are furnished with double bed, wardrobe and drawers.

Shared use of living room with TV, sofa and dining table, bathroom, kitchen, conservatory and garden/decking. There is also free on street parking available. The house is not crammed with as many people as possible and there is space to relax outside your room. The house has had a lot of work done on it including new double glazing to make it feel more homely.

All bills included.

Couples welcome. If couple add £50 per month.
