The room is a double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom in a loft conversion.
It comes with a double bed and a double wardrobe both from Ikea. Plus a small chest of drawers that was left by a previous tennant.
The ensuite is a wet room with a walk in shower.
The house is on a main road with off street parking and has a decent size south facing garden. It backs onto a park, of which the entrance to is a 1min walk away. The park holds a number of things including a gym, an adidas fitness area, childs playground and a lake.
There are good transport links - Upney station on the District line is a 10-15min walk away. There is a regular bus service (No.368) which goes to Barking (District, Hammersmith & city, London overground & c2c) one way and to Chadwell heath (TFL rail & soon the Elizabeth line/Crossrail) the other way. The bus stops are 2mins from my house. There is also a night bus (N15) which stops at the end of my road about a 10min walk away. The same bus stop has buses No.5 and EL2 which go to Romford one way and Barking Station the other.
There is a Post office, Newspaper shop, two supermarkets (Lidl & Co-op) & various takeaways all within a short walking distance from the house.
The house has utility area, good sized kitchen and a living room. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
I have Sky Q tv and Sky superfast broadband.
The house has an alarm system which you would be required to set everytime you left the property.
Housemates would be required to keep the communal parts of the house tidy and do their fair share of cleaning, including hoovering.
You are also required to keep your bedroom & bathroom clean & to a good standard.
Due to the nature of my work no babies or children allowed and no musicians/singers either sorry.
I require £650 as a security deposit and 1 months rent in advance. Rental dates can be flexible depending on your pay date.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, however you may smoke in the garden or outside the front of the property as long as you take your litter with you.
