One bedroom apartment in the attic space of large family home. Double bedroom, lounge, shower room and kitchenette with own entrance and parking. Lots of sloping ceilings so best for someone less that 5ft 10" tall. Only suitable for a single person, not couples.
Utility bills and council tax included. The flat has its own access via an external staircase and can also be accessed through the main house. My husband and I live in the ground and first floor and have university aged children who are around in the holidays. Danbury has good access into Chelmsford by bus or using the nearby park and ride.
