Room & House Details:
• Double room with a comfortable double bed, ample wall-mounted storage, free standing wardrobe, desk, chair, cream coloured carpet.
• Private bathroom: recently renovated and modern, with a shower. Not en-suite, but for your exclusive use.
• Shared areas: spacious living room, kitchen and garden.
• Kitchen appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer (shared), all the mod cons.
• Parking: single car space for your use on a private driveway.
• Garden: The household has an outdoor decked area and a very small garden, of which your room overlooks.

Location:
• Quiet rural area with minimal noise, this room is ideal for professionals with own transport.
• Transport links:
o Tesco is a 5-minute drive away.
o Stansted Airport is just 15 minutes away by car, and the address qualifies for the Stansted drop-off discount scheme.
o A bus stop is located 1 mile from the house, but driving is recommended due to the private driveway being unlit at night.

Household:
• Pet and child-free home.
• Suitable for a single professional.
• No smoking or vaping inside the house. Vaping is acceptable outside.
• Occasional overnight visitors are acceptable but not on a regular basis.
Terms:
• £650 per calendar month, in advance – all bills included (inc. Council Tax).

• House will not be heated throughout the day in winter, so full time working from home may not be suitable.
• Hybrid working and other part time working from home options are preferred, if you wish to WFH.
• No pets as LL is allergic.
