The flat is newly refurbished and in a great location (close to the A127 and Southend Airport).
The room is a double and comes with a wardrobe and an Emma mattress. The bed has drawers for storage.
All bills included with reasonable usage (although I don't have a TV so that will cost extra).
Shared use of front room, bathroom and kitchen.
Talktalk 150 full fibre broadband.
Air fryer!
There is a desk in the front room that can be used if I'm not working on it.
Infrared heating throughout for a comforting heat.
Mainly into cars and house music. Also like meditation and yoga. I enjoy the calmness.
I am not always there but I'm pretty relaxed when I am.
Can also do a Monday-Friday rate at 5/7ths of the cost.
