Have two bedrooms for you to choose from and plan on keeping the other for either your guests or mine.

Have a shared lounge, kitchen, utility with all the mod cons, downstairs cloakroom and study. Three double rooms upstairs one with on-suite and two further double rooms.

Outside I have parking for 3 vehicles on the drive and a further 2 spaces on grass verge.

To the back I have a large undercover seating area with very comfy sofas, BBQ and table and chairs. I also have a large pond with many fish and a garage, shed and greenhouse - happy to have help in the garden if you wanted! :-)

Have good WIFI with internet connection and Sky in your room, Netflix etc. Only additional cost could be for the council tax, which is £35 per month
