House close to Epping high street and station

We have a large double room available at the beginning of June. Our house is on Theydon Grove, behind the highstreet but far enough to remain tranquil and quiet. It is 15 mins away from the station, 1 mins from high street and shops, restaurants, takeaways, salons, gym, etc. Nearby supermarkets include M&S and Tesco. It's very quiet.

The house is very clean, modern and convenient. The room is clean and cosy. Bills, council tax and wifi are included in the price.

Existing housemates are all professionals and are quiet, friendly and tidy.
