A warm and friendly older person with poor memory is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would value the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings and overnight. They would also like some practical help preparing some evenings meals (and heating up meals on other days) and leaving simple lunches, helping to keep the house clean and tidy, picking up shopping, miscellaneous practical help and errands and simple having a friendly chat, watching a TV programme or eating a few meals together.

The accommodation on offer is a single bedroom – furnished with built-in wardrobe, desk and chairs, drawers and a book case- with en suite shower, and shared use of the kitchen, sitting room and garden.

The property is in an excellent location near the centre of Epping and just 0.5 mile from Epping Underground station (Central Line).

The person really enjoys people and friendly company, as well as visiting local cafes and watching programmes such as Countryfile on TV. They like to bake cakes too (with assistance).

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
