Double room with ensuite (bills included)

Hello!

We are a married couple living a short 6 minute walk from Epping station on the Central Line, on a lovely quiet street with its own shop.

The room is a light and bright double with its own private bathroom (although not en suite).

We are both professionals: I work from home and my husband works in London and travels for work every other week, so for half the time you would be living with only one other person.

We like to keep a tidy and clean home and this is probably the most important aspect of sharing with another person :) We also are not party people and prefer a quiet space at home, but we are sociable.

There aren't any pets in the house at the moment but next month our kitten will be coming to live with us here, so if you like cats that is a bonus!

The house has a small garden which you would have full use of, as well as a utility room and downstairs loo. The kitchen offers ample space for cooking, but please note that we are a pork-free house.

As you will see from the pictures the room is currently furnished with a double bed and bedside table, as well as a plastic drawer unit. There is also a large double built-in wardrobe. We plan to add an additional item of furniture in there before the room is rented out - either a desk and a wooden chest of drawers or only a chest of drawers, depending on the new person's requirements - we are flexible.

The rent amount is inclusive of all bills (as well as a weekly cleaner):

- TV licence
