We are a married couple living a short 7 minute walk from Epping station on the Central Line, on a lovely quiet street with its own shop.
The room is a light and bright double with its own private bathroom (although not en suite).
We are both professionals: I work from home and my husband works in London and travels for work every other week, so for half the time you would be living with only one other person.
We like to keep a tidy and clean home :) and we also are not party people, preferring a quiet space at home, but we are sociable!
We have a 9 month old kitten so if you like cats that is a bonus!
The house has a small garden which you would have full use of, as well as a utility room and downstairs loo. The kitchen offers ample space for cooking, but please note that we are a pork-free house.
As you will see from the pictures the room is currently furnished with a double bed and bedside table, as well as dressing table. There is also a large double built-in wardrobe. We are happy to change or remove some of the furniture if desired.
The rent amount is inclusive of all bills (as well as a weekly cleaner):
