The house:

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, with friendly considerate neighbours. I have a large garden and I am looking forward to BBQ's in the summer!. It is a 3 bed house, 2 x double bed rooms are already taken but there is a single room available.

There is a drive way and parking just outside the house.

I currently live there and so does my housemate - we are both females, hard workers, friendly and get on really well. So it would be great if we could have another female in the house.

I am a professional in the City, really easy person to get along with and would like a house mate that is friendly, sociable, clean, has common sense, is considerate of others and most importantly can afford the rent.

The No's:

No pets, No couples, non smoker and must not have any debts, gambling, drug addictions or criminal convictions. Sorry no negotiation on this.

The house is in the process of being done up - so please bear with me!

There is a short walk to the High street and a 15-20 mins walk from Epping Underground station.

Epping:

Close to a gym, close to the high street to go shopping, bus route also near by, easy access to M25 and M11 and most importantly the TUBE. Epping is a lovely town, really friendly neighbours and a safe clean place. In terms of shops and restaurants, there is a Tesco, M&S, bakeries, Wild Wood, Prezzo, Pizza Express, Dominoes and there are some local and unique restaurants.

Epping is a lovely, well looked after town, where everyone is friendly and knows everybody.

What's included:

Bills include: water, electricity, council tax, TV Licence and really good Internet bandwith.

We share things like cleaning products and the payment of such.
