Double Room / Frating

I have a spacious double room available in a lovely 4-bedroom house. I’m looking for a trustworthy and considerate housemate who values a clean, organised, and comfortable home environment.

I work in London and am usually based there during the week, although I do work from home occasionally.

I’m specifically looking for a female tenant — this is to complement the existing female lodger, and also because my young daughter stays with me on some weekends. It’s important that everyone in the household feels comfortable and at ease.

Ideally, you’ll be easy-going, respectful of shared spaces, and take pride in where you live.

The house benefits from a fully equipped gym in the garage, a large garden, and a cosy summer house — perfect for relaxing.
