Spacious room for rent! (All bills inc)

Hey guys, I’m a live in landlord with my partner looking for a tenant. Advertising is a double room to let within my 3 bedroom home (all bills included). The room is furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobes own tv and bed stuff if needed.

My previous tenants have lived here for two years they’ve both been absolutely amazing tenants. The only reason the room is available now is because they’ve moving abroad after two great years 🙂

Room must be kept clean, tidy! There will be a Grace trial period for a month if both parties are happy then a contract will extend for a longer period.

The property comprises a spacious garden, off street FREE parking, living/dining area, kitchen with ample storage and a fridge/freezer for your own personal use. Also fitted wardrobes in your room with your own TV.

I’m looking for a tenant who’s clean, polite and friendly. I do travel abroad a lot so would like someone who is trustworthy and able to be left in the house without me worrying.

Ideally looking for someone who works full-time. And wants to rent the room for a while rather than short-term.

Preferably a non-smoker too.

It’s a 2 mins walk to the Bus stop if you don’t drive.
