The rooms are situated in a house with large kitchen and a dining/living room. All rooms are decorated to modern standards and are in good condition. I have an upstairs bathroom which consists of bath, toilet and shower. I have a large garden which leads from the living/dining room. There is parking, however I would have to arrange for a parking permit. The property is 3 mins walk from Gidea Park station and local bus stops. Ideally situated for people who commute to london as it is a main line station into Stratford taking 20 minutes to Liverpool street.

Preferences
The person would have to be in full time work, likes small dogs and doesn't mind living with mother and daughter. My daughter and I are very sociable and friendly down to earth people although we would respect your privacy.
