Single Bedroom With En-Suit Bathroom

We are a family with two teenage/adult daughters. One of them in Uni only living with us during her holidays the other attending six form. We share our living space with 2 lovely cats and since 2 years now with a lodger. Our current lodger is moving out on the 21.10. and the room is free from the 22. October.

We are looking for a female professional lodger.
The rent is £500 per month including all utility bills and Wifi. Deposit £100.

The room for rent is in the annex of the house and has 12qm2 plus an ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating, sink, toilet, mirror cabinet and walk-in shower (newly fitted in 2017).
The room itself has a good sized white Ikea wardrobe, bed, desk with chair and shelves as well as a big comfy chair. The conservatory connects the room to the house.

The room has its window towards the garden and is southwest facing and has lots of green and sunshine (two trees, a large terrace and lawn).

You will have your own little kitchen area with two-plate hob, fridge, sink, kettle and storage right in front of your room in the conservatory.

There is plenty of space for a bicycle or moped, car parking is free on the street in front of our house.

The house is a detached house and it is a 10 min walk to the nearby central line station Grange Hill (which offers direct access to the City). The Hainault Central line tube station is reachable as well (15 min on foot).

Manford Way has bus stops and, in walking distance, a good couple of food shops, pharmacies, bank, post office, Tesco and smaller shops, charity shops, two cafes, optician and hairdressers.
