Single room for female lodger

You will find a cosy single room on the first floor with a shared bathroom and kitchen. It looks a bit different now compared to the picture including a double bed (instead of the single) and not a big chair. Which gives you a bit more space. We are renting it out until the end of April 2024 while our daughter is abroad. We are a friendly quiet house already hosting two other lodgers. We share our space with 2 cats. The shared bathroom is next to your room and the shared kitchen on the ground floor. There is free parking on the road. We are a 10 min walk from Grange Hill central line station and a 15min walk away from Hainault station. Both will bring you in about 20min to Stratford. A lovely row of shops are just 5 min down the road including a pharmacy, take away places, Tesco and a post office.
