The room is located on the top floor of the house by itself so you get complete privacy.

You would be coming to stay in a friendly 4 bedroom home with me and my family (kids and mum)

House is located within 5-10mins walking distance of Grays train station (30 mins into London). 5 minutes to the town centre which has a gym, shopping centre, and a host of other amenities as well as a large park a stones throw away. Permit parking is also available outside the property.

Bedroom comes fully furnished with a 37inch tv, mini fridge freezer, kitchenette, as-well as unlimited WiFi and all bills included. Some communal areas are shared (main kitchen) so cleanliness is a MUST!!
