I am the owner & live in the property.  The bedrooms are situated on the side of the house, on the ground floor & share a bathroom(large shower, toilet & basin) with one other occupant. There is also a utility room with fridge, freezer,  microwave,  kettle & toaster, plus a sink. Occupier will have access to the main kitchen,  cooker, washing machine etc. All bills are included.
