The room advertised, is available for both Long or Short Stays. It is a single furnished room with a double sized bunk bed. There is a single mirrored Wardrobe. You will have access to relax in the comfy lounge. The kitchen and bathroom are communal and shared with others 2 individuals.

Location; is Grays/London. 12mins walk away, to Grays Train station. 15mins walk away, to the local beach. By Train; 15mins away to Southend Beach and other beaches near by. Access to C2c trains heading to London Fenchurch Street OR Southend Central. 15min walk away, to Grays town center. By Train; One stop away to Lakeside Shopping Centre. Local buses in use.

2 people £900 Monthly.
On your first day to rent/you will be required to pay the deposit, first month rent. Submit a copy of your ID.

£300 DEPOSIt
At the end of your stay; the deposit will be refunded fully. If there is no furniture and room damages caused. If so, the landlord will seat with you and discuss about the damaged caused and compensation before refunding the deposit.

SINGLE BEDROOM/SHORT STAYS
Short stays are much welcome. AT £40 Per Night AND £500 Deposit. Short Stay individuals have a privilege to have their rooms cleaned and maintenance done, Use of all kitchen equipments, Beddings provided, Access to all available amenities. The Deposit Refunded if there are no damages cause at the end of the stay. If there are house, furniture, equipment Or room damages caused, the landlord will seat with you and discuss about the damaged caused and compensation before refunding the deposit. Regards to a specific, damage, your deposit will be deducted accordingly and agreed upon, both sides.
