All shared areas are always kept clean 24/7 by all those leaving in the house as the landlord prefers so. The house is generally a fine house and with a friendly landlord who prefers to respect each person’s privacy.

The Location is Grays/London. 10mins away from Grays station. Great Access to C2c trains heading to London Fenchurch Street OR Southend Central. One stop away to Lakeside Shopping Centre. Local buses in use.

On your first day/date you will be required to pay your first month rent & thus every month while your stay. Also a security deposit on your first day of £300 which will be returned back to you on your last day of renting but on conditions that you have caused no damages in the entire house.

Short stays could be discussed upon , Although the landlord prefer long stays of at least 3 - 6 months OR more precisely please.
