New build en suite near grays station

Between £600 and £650 depending if en-suite room and/or parking space wanted. New build and newly decorated double room with en-suite 5 mins walk from grays station. Car park space also available. Top floor flat with balcony and view over woodland. Looking for a working professional who can share my flat. I like a night out but home is a chilled and calm place so not looking for a party animal. I like to keep the place clean and looking for someone who will do the same. Looking for someone who is chilled and easy to get along with. Also like a good conversation and a drink always a bottle in the fridge. I work from home currently but usually in the city so early nights for me during the week 😃
