About the landlord:
Stays at the property when in Grays and set up this home as a work pad for me to stay and work quietly. I do travel frequently so looking for a reliable person to stay in the extra rooms and enjoy the garden and near nature.

Looking for:
A professional who works during the day and looking for a quiet place to enjoy in the evenings and weekends. Prefer a person who is quiet and sensible of others. Short term letting ideally for 1 to 2 months max as this house is on sale. So ideally till end of April.
