The flat is 5 minutes away from Grays c2c railway station (35mins direct to London Fenchurch Street). 5 min walk to Grays town centre.

The flat has two bedrooms. The second bedroom is currently occupied by a clean, respectful, working professional. I'd like someone with similar attributes for the available room.

Please note: I will require a reference and confirmation of employment/salary.
