The room is available to a single person only.
The location of our home is a 2 - 3 minute walk away from Morrisons Supermarket, Grays High Street, Train Station, Shopping Mall and other amenities. Aldi's Supermarket is conveniently located 1 minute away at the bottom of the street and the area offers a Friday and Saturday market 2 mins walk away. Lakeside shopping centre is a bus drive or a 5 mins car journey away.
The C2C line which services Grays Train station offers easy commuting access into London and Central London in 20 - 30 mins respectively with easily accessible links to underground lines.
Our home is a newly refurbished, extended property with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and ample garden space. The home will house two tenants in total.
