We are looking for a clean, respectable, quite, professional person to rent this room to. The room is very spacious, light, bright and private on the second floor of the house by it own so no disturbance from other occupants in the house.
The room is available to a single person only.

The location of our home is a 2 - 3 minute walk away from Morrisons Supermarket, Grays High Street, Train Station, Shopping Mall and other amenities. Aldi's Supermarket is conveniently located 1 minute away at the bottom of the street and the area offers a Friday and Saturday market 2 mins walk away. Lakeside shopping centre is a bus drive or a 5 mins car journey away.

The C2C line which services Grays Train station offers easy commuting access into London and Central London in 20 - 30 mins respectively with easily accessible links to underground lines.

Our home is a newly refurbished, extended property with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and ample garden space. The home will house two tenants in total.
