Hey!
I’m looking for one professional female flatmates around my age to rent out the single room in this delightful flat.
I would also clean tidy flatmates.

Short and long term available.
The flat is located 8-10 mins (bus/car) from Grays station with direct trains in to London fenchurch street (35 mins) and West Ham (27 mins). I work in London so the commute isn’t bad. It’s also 7-15 minutes away from lakeside shopping centre.

I’m super friendly and would love to make new friends but I also respect privacy. I like girly nights outs/in, trying new restaurants and activities, bottomless brunch and just enjoying life.
