Hey!
I’m looking for 1 professional female flatmate to rent out 1 spare room in this delightful flat. It comes with a fitted wardrobe bed and chest of drawers. I would like a clean tidy flatmate, you’ll share the bathroom with one other girl and there is available parking as I don’t have a car.

The flat is a shoe free home to maintain cleanliness

Short and long term available.

The flat is located 8-10 mins from Grays station with direct trains in to London fenchurch street (35 mins) and West Ham (27 mins). I work in London so the commute isn’t bad. It’s also 7-15 minutes away from lakeside shopping centre.

I’m super friendly and would love to make new friends but I also respect privacy. I like girly nights outs/in, trying new restaurants and activities, bottomless brunch and just enjoying life. I’m looking for a girl who wants to be more than just flatmates!
