Furnished room. Double size room that has a single size bed in to allow extra floor space.

Walking distance to the bus station and train station. Lakeside is an easy bus or 1 stop on train. Fenchurch Street approx 40 mins by train.

I foster rescue dogs so it is essential that whoever joins us in our happy house is a dog lover.

Bills are included.

This is my home so it is really important that the room is offered to someone who feels like a good fit for our household. Please understand that it is a big deal handing a key over to someone so references will be necessary.
