-15 mins walk/5 mins drive to Grays station
-10 mins drive to Lakeside
-10mins walk to Grays town centre, close to local bus stops
-Bills are included, however this will be reviewed if usage is excessive.

The property is clean, well maintained and I work from home most of the time. Looking for someone who is also clean and respectful.
