Furnished room in quiet cul de sac

Room available for short term in quiet area of Grays. The train and bus station is an easy short walk away. Trains direct to Fenchurch Street. Lakeside is very close aswell. Area has a nature reserve close by. A couple of supermarkets in walking distance.

The room is set up for fostering. A delay in start date means I would like to find a lodger for a short time period while it all goes through. The top bunk will be removed if I find someone suitable to take the room. The room is double size so with a single bed in there, it has lots of floor space. A couple of drawers, large wardrobe and desk. Bathroom is shared.

References are required. This is my home, not a share house. Respectful lodger is absolutely essential. I have 2 small dogs and their safety is paramount. Bills (gas, electric, council tax, Internet) are included.
