Furnished room in quiet cul de sac

Room available in quiet area of Grays. The train and bus station is an easy short walk away. Trains direct to Fenchurch Street. Lakeside is very close aswell. Area has a nature reserve close by. A couple of supermarkets in walking distance.

The room is double size with a single bed in there, so it has lots of floor space. Drawers, large wardrobe, desk and chair. Bathroom is shared.

Please note, advert previously stated the room was available for short term only, but this is now not the case. Long term preferred.

To reiterate, no smokers please.

References are required. This is my home, not a share house. Respectful lodger is absolutely essential. I have 2 small dogs and their safety is paramount. Bills (gas, electric, council tax, Internet) are included.
