Small single room and large double room

This is a clean, tidy, friendly and respectful home. Generally very quiet, with a shared dining area, lounge with large TV and garden!
Currently one room is occupied and there is a double and single available.
The area is generally quiet and safe for parking .

There is a green area at the rear of the property which is generally peaceful and can be enjoyed by nature lovers.

There is a bus stop extremely close by with links to Grays town, lakeside, and c 2 c to London and Southend.
There is also an excellent fish and chip shop, convenient store and post office within walking distance.

I am currently staying close to the property, but will not be here on a permenant basis, but while I am you can also enjoy some of my home grown produce, as the gdn consists of 4 raised beds which any keen gardeners would be welcome to use.
