Fully furnished house. Double room with ensuite

The house has just been redecorated to a high standard. The Tenant will have the house to themselves most of the time as I spend 3/4 months abroad and 1/2 months at home. You will get the master bedroom with ensuite. The living room is nicely furnished with very large TV and kitchen all new. With all appliances. You will have the use of the garage to store bikes or some belongings. a new patio has just been laid, I only want English and working with references. All bills included and broadband. I am very house proud and clean and I am looking for someone who is going to look after my house while I am away rather than leave it like a dump.
I have parents and my best friend will have access to the house but not live there. The house is in a lovely location only 2 minutes from the sea wall in the Grays walf area.
