We have a large double room for rent in our family home. The room is located in the loft - so you will have your own privacy as its far away from the usual household noise and also have a lovely view from your bedroom window!! (our current tenant describes the room as “it’s almost like having my own flat!”)

This room is available to rent from Monday - Friday. It would be perfect for a professional who is looking to commute into London as we are located within 10mins walk to Gray's station and it is only a short 40min into Fenchurch Street! or perhaps someone who is looking for a quite space to work (client visits to premises would not be allowed).

We are open to a conversation about renting the full week (Mon - Sun) but it will need to be with the right person.

Are current tentent has the room untill 1st April so this room will be available to move in from Monday 6 April.

You will have shared access to the Kitchen and Bathroom (both modern and in great condition) and Garden; however other areas of the house are for the family.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a Muslim household so unfortunately, we are unable to have Alcohol and Pork on our premises - so please make sure your okay with this before contacting us.
