Excellent road links near by plus just 15 minute walk to mainline C2C train station with access to London and Southend on Sea.
My home has been recently refurbished with natural colours, lovely carpets, and new modern kitchen and bathroom.
The ideal house mate either male or female, would be smart, tidy and polite. No party animals please, this is not a bachelor pad.
Someone who is sociable but not over bearing. Laid back and easy going.
Partners are welcome to stay from time to time, but the room rent is for one person so I wouldn't expect boyfriends or girlfriends to be over every night .
