I am looking for someone - single female or female/male as couple people… (NOT MALE sorry).. (preferably long term) who is fairly easy going and respectful and profesional person must be got full time job.. Smokers ok but no smoking in the house (sorry!). Bedroom available, furnished with bed, TV/DVD, small walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet freeview and wi-fi. Large kitchen with th large garden. Off street parking available. Property has bathroom, one downstairs (with shower). Looking for a minimum 3 month let - references required, No DSS. £200 deposit.... Please good reference ..
