Double Room in Grays

I'm a 28 year old female primary teacher. I've Recently purchased a 3 bedroom house in Parker Road, Grays. I'm currently decorating my own bedroom so am staying across the road and I only pop over to decorate. One room is occupied with a very friendly, professional young lady. The other small double room will be available from the 3rd Januray as the currant tenant has found a place with friends. It is fully furnished with a small double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV with freeview. It has a view of the garden as is at the back of the house.
Rent (£75 per week/£300 per month) will include bills and internet access, however I don't have a home phone line. There is one bathroom downstairs (with a bath/shower), a living room and a dining room. The 3 rooms are upstairs. There is street parking out front.
It's a 10 minute walk away from Grays town centre and the train station. There are bus stops at the end of the road, along with shops such as Aldi. Lakeside is a 5 minute drive away. Belmont castle academy is in the same road, along with a nice park.
The room will only be available until mid March as Then I will be moving in with my family. Please feel free to ask any Qs.
