I have a double room in a lovely and comfortable two-bedroom terraced house available for rent from Monday, 06 May 2024.

A bit about me - I'm a 38 year old male professional working in the public sector. I’ve lived in Grays since 2014 and know the area pretty well. I'm originally from the States so I'm a huge fan of American football.


What I'm looking for;

Must be clean and tidy. Can’t stress this enough.
Must be a full time working professional.
Don't mind an outgoing person, just as long as you're mature, responsible and sensible.
