Single room to rent - next to Center / Station

I have a furnished single room to rent in a 2 bed flat at ground floor with own entrance. I live alone at the moment so there’s plenty of space for 2. The whole flat is furnished and there’s WiFi, all bills and work area (desk + Tv in lounge) free to use. I’m not a sassy person, I’m just looking for someone social and clean to live with. I’m sure we would come along pretty well.
