We have a furnished double room/ensuite to let in a second floor flat in a modern apartment block in Great Baddow. We are looking for a single person to share the flat with a single male age 30 who occupies the second bedroom. There is a shared lounge and kitchen with all appliances. £550 pcm with all bills included, and there is an allocated parking space. The apartment is 15min walk to Chelmsford city centre, 20min walk to the railway station and very near major bus routes.
