Double Bedroom with Ensuite

Nice 3 bed house located in Gt Baddow local shop is less than a 5min walk, town is a 15-20min walk but bus stop is very close by for commuters.

There is off street parking and rent includes all bills, internet, etc.

Bedroom is a double room with en-suite that comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe. Room also comes with Sky Q with full package including HD movies and sports. The 3rd bedroom will be used as a games room which you’ll be able to use, as well as the shared lounge and kitchen. There is also a family bathroom with bath and downstairs toilet. And I have a cleaner that comes every other week.

I live at the property with my mum who resides in a self contained granny annexe at the back of the garden with its own entrance/exit so there is privacy.

I’m looking for a tidy, clean person who will in-turn have comfortable surroundings.
