Room to rent

Double room to rent to a female in a professional house. Bed already in place. Happy for either someone who just wants to lodge and keep themselves to themselves or if you want to become a friend and have a glass of wine on a Friday night/get into TV programmes. Parking available either on driveway or across the street. Park and ride a 30 second drive or 10 minute walk away. there is also a box room currently unused which can be included for a bit extra if you need a study space etc. A puppy also lives in the house so must like dogs :-)
