I am a working female looking for someone who would like to rent out my recently decorated second double bedroom. I work full time Monday to Friday 9 till 17.00
The bathroom is shared with myself along with the kitchen. Cupboard and fridge space can be sorted with tenant on arrival. There is a living room with sky TV and a sofa and also a dining room (I am looking after my sons turtle in this room for the moment.)
The room has to offer a brand new double bed, a brand new triple wardrobe and a brand new oak desk.
Included in the bills is your electric, gas, water, council tax, broadband and sky TV can be arranged to be put into the bedroom at an extra price.
Full time employment and non smoking is essential and will not be overlooked. Proof of employment will be asked for.
This bedroom is brand new and clean so I would like someone who will treat it right and not damage anything, don’t hesitate to message me and arrange a viewing.
