Spare room to let, furnished with a comfortable single bed, wardrobe and 2 sets of drawers. With or without bedding, towels etc.
Shared kitchen, with use of fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine. Cupboard space.
Shared bathroom with separate toilet.
Broadband. There is a living room with TV and dining room (Could be two living rooms if required).
The cottage has a large garden and is set in the countryside approx 1 mile from shops. (Gardeners are welcome!!)
Must have own transport as no bus link. Space for parking on the drive.
Must be an animal lover! I have my little dog that lives here with me, he is well behaved and very friendly.
