Double room with parking

Hi. I am a professional who lives in a quiet area with good parking, I'm looking for a full or part time lodger.

There are 2 people living here 1 male and myself, also 3 dogs. The house has a good size kitchen, 2 toilets and a decent size bedroom for the lodger.

I generally like to sit and watch tv in the evenings and keep myself to myself with my dogs . I’m looking for a quiet housemate who is clean and tidy.

Bills are included as long as this is respected, this includes broadband. The house is spacious and has a locked garage that can be used for storage.

Looking for a full or part time lodger or short term lodgers but a reference will be required.
