Two Room Self Contained top floor flat.

These two rooms could be a sitting room and bedroom, or two bedrooms. One has en suite bathroom. The other has a washbasin only. Lovely large rooms, well furnished. Both have king size beds, but one bed could be removed to make a sitting room and double bedroom. There are minimal cooking facilities, i. e. microwave/ kettle and toaster so it won't suit a budding chef. Televisions in each room. We think it would suit a professional person, a couple or two sharers. perhaps Monday to Friday or 7 days if required. All bills included as well as broadband for email/surfing, but not downloading. Two local pubs both offer take away/eat in food and there is a good local food/general store. Rent is £125 per week for both rooms and as there is only one en suite, they would not be suitable for separate tenants unless sharers. It is not £125 per room per week. Lots going on in the village including choir, boules, keep fit, zumba, pilates, football, cricket etc. These rooms are on the second floor of our home and have their own staircase.
