Cheap rent in fully independent room for home help

I have a 3 storey house in quiet residential area.
The room is a large single furnished room
With own front door leading to room . There is a bath and shower room. adjoining , high speed broadband all cooking facilities ,fridge, microwave ,.airfryer etc
for independent living . All Bill's included.
There is a bus stop directly in front of house into all areas around Stansted airport. Bishop's stortford.
Parking I secure area. Very quiet. Easy access to
Airport M11 A120 all within a few miles ..Tescos in Walking distance

In exchange for cheap rent I would like somebody to help with very light housework, shopping and general assistance , I still drive.. i need motivation to take walks and exercise, as I have a back. problem and
i will be having an operation and not allowed to do much for a certain amount of time. zfterwards
Plenty of free time even a job no set hours and times.
I can drive but not as much as i used to.
,good sence of fun and humour essential.
Short stays. possible but not
preferable, will. add. some photo,'s. asap.

A couple of weeks notice would be helpful.
