Brand new kitchen / dining room, brand new bathroom with bath & rainfall shower, downstairs toilet, house updated and redecorated throughout. Shared sitting room. Shared dance studio/gym.

I am looking for female housemates.

Lovely quiet road in a nice, safe location. 2 min walk to high street & very close to bus stop for Stansted airport. 10 min drive to Stansted airport.

Home alarm system for added security and peace of mind. Beautiful location, loads of walks right from the doorstep. Easy commute to London.

All bills included. Council tax included.
No couples or overnight guests (unless otherwise agreed).

Room 1: is a large double and is furnished with a single bed, desk and chair, mirror, chest of drawers, bedside table & wardrobe.

Room 2 is a good size single room with loads of storage space (1 built in wardrobe, plus overhead cupboards and floor length wardrobe in photo), bedside unit, single bed.

Bills include a professional cleaner every week for communal areas such as kitchen, toilet, bathroom, hallways etc.

Looking for professional females, single & non smoker.

Must be able to show proof of
full time (30+hrs) employment. Sorry but I'm not looking for someone who works from home.

Room 1: Rolling 1 month contract. Minimum 2 months to start with.

Room 2: Rolling 1 month month contract. Minimum 2 months. OR short term, weekly rent available at £300 per week (no minimum).
