Two Rooms For Rent

Two rooms to rent in a spacious detached house in Great Horkesley, on the northern edge of Colchester.  Would suit students or young professionals studying or working in Colchester or commuting to London.

Room one is slightly smaller, south facing with big window, double bed, desk and shelf - a wardrobe can be provided if preferred.

Room two has lots of integrated storage including shelves and a wardrobe, a double bed and is north facing.  

We'd like vegetarians, preferably vegans as I am Vegan and don't want meat cooked/prepared in the house. Definitely no smokers. We have a very affectionate cat so you'll need to like cats.  

There is plenty of driveway parking space.  If you have an electric car you'll be able to charge it.

We have a large garden with outdoor furniture.

Council Tax Band E, - council tax is included.
