Double room with private bathroom

Double room with private bathroom available. I am a 27 year old female and live with my dog and two fish tanks, so looking for a house mate who loves dogs 🐶 there is a shared kitchen, dining room, lounge and garden as well as downstairs WC. We would put together a shared cleaning rota or alternatively we could look to split the cost of a cleaner!
