2 spare rooms available but only looking to rent out one. Can take pick between the two according to preference. En-suite bathroom in one of the rooms Will be available. House has a medium sized garden, fully furnished with dishwasher/washing machine/broad band/sky ect

I do have a small dog who’s very friendly.

Occupants I ask to keep shared living space tidy and to be considerate of noise due to working shift patterns.
