Large modern, independent loft room with wet room and own entrance (with lockable) door downstairs. Over looking farmland and backing onto fishing lakes. King size bed, large television, cosy electric (coal effect) fire. 10 minuet drive to Southend town centre, beach and Southend airport. Lovely village with farmlands. Professional person or student would be suitable for this room.
This room is quite independent on the third floor. The second and third bedrooms are on the second floor and these are occupied by two friendly professional men, and I have the room on the ground floor with my dog Tammy.
Use of kitchen, lounge, garden.
Trained and clean pets welcome in room. Dog sitting / walking service available.
The loft room allows tenants to live privately if preferred, however this is a very friendly house and we respect each others' privacy. Suitable for male or female or couple.
