Double Room - Short Term Let

We have a double room available for short term let within our family home in the village of Great Wakering, 5 minutes outside Southend-on-sea and 40 minute train to London. All bills and broadband is included. £100 per week with the first week's rent being paid before arrival.
We would prefer that potential tenants are either students or professionals that are seeking short term accommodation from 1 week up to a period of months while on work placement/studying/internship.

Southend is just a 5 minute drive away with the nearest station just 2 minutes drive which is an overground link all the way through to London Fenchurch Street. Local amenities such as co-op and numerous pubs are within walking distance.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 1 toilet with tenants having access to use of the kitchen and living space and of course while in your room your privacy will be respected. We have a spare off road parking space for one vehicle which you would be free to use.

My partner and I are both professionals ourselves, I work at Southend Hospital so would be happy to carpool with any healthcare students that are placed at the hospital.

Our only requirements is that our home is respected and that you contribute to food or make your own meals. We would require to speak to any potential tenants on the phone briefly for the purposes of vetting and just getting to know you!
