Double Rm for Single occupancy

Monday to Friday let . Spacious double bed with own sink and build in wardrobe. Furniture included or excluded as per your wish. All bills included as is wifi. Off street parking. Share with 1 home owner and 3rd bedroom has Mon-Thurs lodger. You're welcome to paint the room a different colour but not black please. The house offers quite a lot of privacy as you don't need to interact coming into the house as the lounge is shut off from the rest of the spaces. I am 60 years old, am sociable but there is no need to socialise/interact with me.

Two toilets and two bathrooms: one with bath and the other with a shower cubicle. Kitchen/Diner and sunny contemporary extension. I would like a clean and tidy professional person.

I don't ask for references as I feel that if it works you stay on and if it doesn't, it's best to move on and out. After all, a little getting along is essential. A week's notice is all I expect and I think is acceptable. I have no pets.

Located near Thorndon Park and local convenience shops, pubs. bus stop and is 15 min walk from Brentwood station. Warley Hill area.
